Hi,
I want to immediately start the screen saver when a user locks the computer
(through CRTL+ALT+DEL or Smart Card Removal - no new shortcut) - is there a
way to do it? Not just be setting the normal screen saver time to something
low, somebody could work on such a computer.
The overall goal is to lock the computer but still display its screen
content using a transparent screen saver.
A really appreciate your help!

There is a third party product that does exactly what you are looking for.
It is called Transarent Screen Lock Smart Card.

You can download it from http://www.e-motional.com/TScreenLockSC.htm
